I often post about heavy topics on here, like discovering what a brain bleed means for your child, feeding tube woes, cerebral palsy risk, etc. But we also have a lot of fun now that we’re all home from the NICU as a family, including adorable twin photo shoots.
And what’s cuter than twin boys in Batman outfits?! … Um. Nothing!
Of course the first rule of twin photos is that when one is awake, the other is sleeping, or when one is happy, the other is angry, etc. Such is twin life!
Today seemed to go by really fast, as we had a social worker come by and I made 5 phone calls to different doctors, plus all the normal stuff caring for complicated twins entails! And the feeding tubes, pukes, reflux, diaper blowouts, and occasionally making some food for us to eat. We even went for a short walk! Are we nailing this whole parenting thing, or what? (We have lots of fail moments too. LOTS.)
